Returns
At UNOVIA, every piece is one-of-one, handcrafted and never reproduced.
Because each piece carries its own textures, marks and artistic characteristics, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for natural variations that are part of the handmade creation process.
We only accept a return if the item arrives damaged or with a functional defect (e.g., post snapped, clasp unusable).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged during shipping, or
- The item has a functional defect preventing normal use.
We will evaluate the issue and help resolve it.
Please note:
Natural textures, marks, slight asymmetry, or handcrafted variations are not considered damages for UNOVIA one-of-one pieces.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of handcrafted textures or natural variations
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
UNOVIA pieces are crafted individually and are not reproducible, therefore cannot be returned unless a functional defect exists.

Exchanges
Due to the one-of-one nature of UNOVIA jewellery, exchanges are not possible.
If your return for a functional defect is approved, you may choose:
- A refund, or
- Store credit toward a future unique piece.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
However, the item must still meet the following requirements:
- Unworn / unused
- Same condition as received
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if approved), we will notify you.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
